Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We make every effort to prepare and hand over your order to our delivery partner as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

A flat delivery fee of S$5.00 applies to all orders delivered within Singapore.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, order volume and circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of S$30.00 per order.

International orders are processed within 3 working days, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that we currently do not ship to the United States of America (USA).

For all other international destinations that we serve, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs clearance may occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control.
