These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Haflong Tea website and purchases made through it. This website is operated by Haflong Tea Pte Ltd, Singapore (“Haflong Tea”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients and prices are accurate. As some of our products are artisanal or made in small batches, slight variations in colour, appearance or presentation may occur.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to update product information, prices and availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Haflong Tea. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a genuine pricing or product-information error, payment cannot be authorized, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
3. Shipping
For deliveries within Singapore, a flat shipping fee of SGD 5.00 applies unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International shipping is available only to selected destinations. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
We currently do not ship to the United States of America.

4. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Refund Policy and applicable Singapore law.
Please contact us promptly if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective or non-conforming product.
Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping & Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, where applicable.
For food, beverages and other perishable products, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for food safety and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
5. Allergens & Product Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and soy.
Customers with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should review the product information carefully and contact us before purchasing if further information is required.
6. Promotions
Discount codes, promotions and special offers may be subject to additional terms and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with other offers.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the Haflong Tea name, logos, product names, packaging designs, photographs, graphics and written content, is owned by or licensed to Haflong Tea.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payment, delivery and other functions. Use of these services may be subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policies.
9. Privacy
We collect and manage personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data-protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Haflong Tea will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or purchases made through our website will be subject to applicable Singapore law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the revised date.
