Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to process and pass your order within one business day to our delivery partner.

Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

Flat charges of SGD 30 dollars for international shipping.

International orders will be shipped within 1-3 days and delivery time frame can be 5-7 days.

Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.

All applicable custom fees, duties and taxes are sole responsibility of the customer

Please note that on rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion

Refund Policy

Refund will be accepted upon 15 days from date of purchase with valid reasons and upon approval. Please contact us with your purchase date, order number and reason for return. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping cost of return.
